Mortgage Foreclosure Sales

The Atchison County Sheriff's Office conducts sales of real estate and other items under court order. Mortgage foreclosure sales are conducted each Friday at 10 a.m. (when scheduled) on the main floor of the Atchison County Courthouse, near the east doors.

Tax Sales
