INMATE COMMISSARY

The Atchison County Jail has partnered with SUMMIT to provide commissary and banking services to the inmates. When an inmate is booked into jail, an inmate account is created. Money may be deposited to this account at any time while the inmate is in custody. Inmates may then use these funds to make commissary purchases, purchase phone time, pay for medical services or other programs provided by the Detention Center.
